1. The service
Cadrix Cloud creates and operates a dedicated virtual machine (VM) for your subscription, with Cadrix installed and reachable at your-address.cadrix.app. The VM runs in Hetzner data centers in Europe. The service is in beta: features may change and there is no availability guarantee (SLA).
2. Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email and are responsible for keeping access to it. Your VM's Cadrix password is shown once in the dashboard; store it safely. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. An account is personal; do not share or resell it without our written permission.
3. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Plans are monthly, billed in US dollars (USD) through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. Applicable taxes may be added.
- You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. When the subscription ends, the VM, its disk and its address are permanently deleted. Move your repositories and files elsewhere first.
- Periods already started are not refunded pro rata, except where the law requires it.
- Right of withdrawal: if you are a consumer in Brazil, you may withdraw within 7 days of the first charge for a full refund by writing to suporte@cadrix.app (art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code). Consumers elsewhere keep the statutory rights of their country.
- Changing plans: for now, ask support; the VM is resized with a few minutes of downtime.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from the billing cycle after the notice.
4. AI models and third-party accounts
Cadrix does not provide or resell access to AI models. Inside your VM you connect your own accounts or keys (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter or Google) and contract those services directly with each provider, under its terms. You are responsible for complying with them, including rules on using subscriptions on servers, which providers may change at any time. Model usage is billed by the provider, not by us.
5. Acceptable use
You are responsible for everything that happens on your VM, including what your AI agents do. You may not use the service for:
- cryptocurrency mining;
- spam or bulk email (port 25 is blocked);
- network scanning, attacks, denial of service or unauthorized access to third-party systems;
- hosting or distributing malware, phishing, child sexual abuse material or any illegal content;
- infringing third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy;
- circumventing plan limits, reselling resources or running open proxies or VPNs.
Your plan includes Hetzner's traffic allowance for the machine type (20 TB/month in Europe); usage far above it may be limited.
6. Your data and backups
Everything you put on the VM (code, files, credentials, agent conversations) remains yours. We do not use it to train models or for any purpose other than operating the service. We do not currently back up the VM's disk: keep your repositories in a code host (GitHub, GitLab, etc.) and your own backups.
7. Operation, updates and administrative access
We update the Cadrix on your VM with releases signed by us; an update restarts the service and running agents for a few seconds. We have technical administrative access to the VM to operate it; we only use it for maintenance, to investigate a failure or suspected abuse, at your request, or when required by law.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a VM that breaches these terms or endangers the service, the infrastructure or third parties. Whenever possible we warn you first and give you time to fix the issue; in serious cases, or when required by law, suspension may be immediate.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" during the beta. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any damage is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the event, and we are not liable for lost profits, data loss caused by the absence of your own backups, or acts of AI providers or other third parties. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited, including consumer rights.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new version. If you do not agree, cancel before it takes effect.
11. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of CITY/STATE have jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring claims in the courts of their own domicile.
